Top Athletes, College Programs, Media Exposure Headline Wisconsin Top 250 Expo
The first series of Prep Dig Events are weeks away with our first Top 250 Expo kicking off in Omaha on December 2 and the following weekend on December 9 at the Milwaukee Sting Center in Menomonee Falls. With this being the series of events there is always a hint of excitement, questions, nerves, but most of all an experience athletes and coaches will be able to build off of heading into the 2019 club season.
Notable Athletes Committed To Wisconsin Prep Dig Top 250:
Maddie Crowley – Class of 2019 – 6 Rotation Outside Hitter – Ashwaubenon High School
Crowley has been playing at the national level for club with Wisconsin Volleyball Academy and this past high school season was one of the top players in Northeast Wisconsin. Solid in all six rotations, Crowley was an unanimous 1st Team All Fox River Classic Conference for conference champion, Ashwaubenon. A legit L2 with incredible serve receive and ball control, Crowley would absolutely be a steal at the next level with her ability to lead by example and play multiple positions.
Katie DiRaimondo – Class of 2020 – Outside Hitter – Manitowoc Lincoln High School
FC Elite
DiRaimondo has developed into one of the top outside hitters in her class with a thunderous approach and a heavy swing. A quick and dynamic athlete, DiRaimondo was also a top outside hitter in the FRCC earning unanimous 1st Team All Fox River Classic Conference and also earning Honorable Mention All State.
Josie Salzman – Class of 2020 – Outside Hitter – Arrowhead High School
Milwaukee Sting
Salzman plays with a scrappiness that helped lead the Warhawks to the Division 1 state tournament. An outside hitter that can play all the way around, Salzman has plenty of high level club experience playing for Milwaukee Sting as well as a high school that has a winning program. There is always something to be said about athletes who are around a winning culture year after year.
Brooke Clement – Class of 2020 – Outside Hitter – Bay Port High School
Clement is a hidden gem in the Class of 2020. Clement has been a constant on the floor for the up and coming Bay Port Pirate volleyball program. Not only is Clement a standout on the volleyball court, but she was also a member of Bay Port’s state championship soccer team. Her best volleyball is definitely ahead of her, but her athleticism is tough to match!
Mckenna Hall – Class of 2020 – Pin Hitter/DS – Westosha Central
Hall is the type of player that can do it all from being a solid outside/right side hitter or a defensive specialist, whatever is needed by her team. A top fifty player in the Class of 2020, Hall has the skill set that would be valuable at the next level at being able to play multiple positions.
The Class of 2021
This is brewing up to be a high level event with athletes who are high on the radar in the state of Wisconsin for the Class of 2021. As of November 15, there are four of the top ten ranked athletes in Lizzie Binder, Cora Behnke, Payton Addink, and Josie Halbleib, and ten of the top 30. These athletes are coming from all parts of Wisconsin and will be fun to see them go head to head and also be on the same side of the court.
The Class of 2022
There are some really solid Freshmen that are getting a head start on the recruiting trail. At Prep Dig we rank up to 100 to 150 per class in the state. For Freshmen we start out with a “Watch List” and as the year progresses we translate those into rankings. This will be a great chance for us to see some of these athletes before the club season starts and a chance for them to get on the court with some of the top players in the state!
Start Your Year With a Highlight Video
We have partnered with CMM Production Highlights out of Indianapolis. This company specializes in volleyball highlight videos from the hype videos you might see for major college programs throughout the country, or will come to a club tournament and video one or multiple players on your club team and make a highlight video for you. They will have cameras set up on every court on both sides and will produce the highlight clips for you! Registration for a video can be found on our registration page.
