With PrepDig.com being new to Missouri I wanted to welcome their teams and families to the site with a showcase of their club. I first saw their bright blue jerseys in 2017 in the Twin Cities and they immediately caught my eye.
In a few short years the coaching staff and players have already made a name for themselves earning lots of titles and honors:
2017 USAV Girls’ Junior National Championship – 5th place 17 USA division.
2017 Show Me National Qualifier 17 USA division bid winner to USAV GJNC.
2017 Heart of America 17 Gold Regional Champion and 17 American bid winner to USAV GJNC.
2016 USAV Girls’ Junior National Championship – 5th place 16 American division.
2016 Heart of America 16 Gold Regional Champion and 16 American bid winner to USAV GJNC.
Top Players:
Kayla Walters; A talented middle with a great deal of potential. Her strong, athletic build has helped her become a driving force for their 17’s team. She has also made our top 50 recruit for the class of 2021. Likewise, she has already secured a spot on the Lady Jays varsity team. Walters is able to switch off opponent’s momentum with her blocking.
Lacey Heidbrink; Heidbrink is a 5’5” sophomore known for making incredible defensive plays. As the 17-1’s libero, she is a vocal leader for her bringing enthusiasm along with near-perfect passing. She helps set the offense in motion with her precise serve reception.
Paige Reeser; Reeser is a setter who filled the role as starting setter (as a sophomore) for her high school team. Her skill set is great and shows improvement with each match. Look for great things to
Molly Bruns; At 5’10 Bruns can play middle or outside. Bruns is growing as a strong hitter with a variety of shots. The club season has given her more opportunities to showcase her talents.
There are several others from the club that are getting recognized for their efforts. New Vision has really made their presence known in their region and will likely continue to establish a strong program.
