Two of the seven teams from River City Juniors competing in the 15s and over divisions placed in the top 10 in their respective divisions as play wrapped up today in Kentucky.
River City Juniors 15 Navy went 5-2 in the 15 Club division and reached the Gold bracket before falling in the round of 16 to finish in a tie for 9th place overall. Also in 15 Club, River City Juniors 15 Red went 2-7 on the weekend.
In 16 Club, River City Juniors got their second top-ten finish from a team as 16 Navy went 4-3 and finished in a tie for 9th place as well after falling in the round of 16. River City Juniors 16 Red also competed in that division and went 4-5.
In the 17 Club division, River City Juniors 17 Navy went 6-3 but did not make the gold bracket while in 18 Club, River City Juniors 18 Navy went 5-4 and finished second in the silver bracket, which was good for 18th place overall in the division. River City Juniors 18 Red finished the weekend with a 3-4 record in the division.
