Here we are – on round two of U15 club features! Club season is gearing up to be fantastic for teams in Missouri. Here are five more teams who have an excellent shot to find themselves in Orlando in July. Be sure to stay tuned to Prep Dig for complete club volleyball coverage!
417 Net Results 15-1
417 Net Results has a team comprised of players that come from a rich volleyball traditions coming from the likes of Kickapoo High School, Nixa High School & Ozark High School in the Springfield area. The majority of this group moved over from THR33 14 National that earned a bid to nationals last season and look to improve upon a top 40 finish in the National Division. It includes Zoe Reel, who had a standout first year for Crane High School. The outside began her high school career with 409 kills, 259 digs, 258 blocks and 34 aces. Her efforts earned her SWCL All-Conference accolades.
Adidas Dynasty F15-1
The main nucleus of the Adidas Dynasty 14-1 team that finished fifth at Nationals last season is back and ready to make waves at the U15 level. That includes Brooklyn Young & Grace Toney. The freshmen made their presence felt immediately in the middle for Liberty High School. Young had with 160 kills and 108 blocks for the Blue Jays. The block total was good enough for the most blocks in a single season for Liberty. Toney had 89 kills and 61 blocks for the Blue Jays. A setter from the Blue Jays also joins Dynasty – Ashley Mullen. The freshman finished 2019 strong for Liberty, averaging 4.2 assists per set.
Rockwood Thunder Elite
Roth – courtesy Hudl.comAfter a top 25 finish in the Open Division at Nationals in 2019, the 14 Elite team for Rockwood Thunder – now moved up to play 15 Elite, may feel like it has a bit to prove. Jordyn Lochmann had a solid freshman campaign for Lafayette High School on the outside, with 156 kills, 174 digs and 46 blocks. Ava Roth is an all-conference libero out of Jefferson County R7 who averaged almost five digs per set in her freshman season.
KC Invasion 15-1
The group that finished in the top 25 at Nationals for KC Invasion in the USA Division is a strong group. The lion’s share of that group comes back to play for the U15 age group and is hungry for a successful 2020. Included is Emma Siron. Siron had a stellar opening to her prep career for Sacred Heart (Sedalia) in the middle. She ended 2019 with 332 kills, 56 blocks and 72 aces – good enough to land herself on the Class 1 All-State team as a freshman. The sky is the limit for Siron as a player.
