Peyton Cook Peyton Cook 5'8" | S Underwood | 2021 State IA of SWI3D 17 Black – Peyton plays her school season for Underwood High School and really controlled the court on Sunday. Her high school stats are 8.99 APS and her defensive stats are 2.03 DPS with 29 total blocks.
Samantha Christiansen Samantha Christiansen 5'6" | S Council Bluffs Lincoln | 2020 State IA of SWI3D 18 Black – Sam plays for Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln during the school season and is a star there as well as Sunday on the court for the winners of their age division. Her school stats list her having 9.58 APS, 3.75 DPS, and 30 total blocks.
Allison Klahn of Johnston Volleyball Club 18s – Allison drove her team to compete with all of the other great teams at this tournament. Looking up her high school stats tells me she didn’t set that much for her high school so how she played on Sunday was especially impressive.
Miranda Ring Miranda Ring DS/L Tri-Center | 2022 State IA of SWI3D 16 Black – Miranda plays for Tri-Center high school and sets for her school team as well. She had 6.96 APS, 2.30 DPS, and 44 total blocks. She is a leader on the court and sets up all the plays and makes some very smart choices when picking the offensive play for her team. I look forward to her next two years of high school and club volleyball.
Bridgett Archer of SWI3D 15 White – Bridgett, who plays for Red Oak High School, is a newly dubbed setter for her team this season and has been putting forth quite the effort to master her new job on the court. She was impressive as a really hard worker who is obviously mastering this new skill this season. Good job, Bridgett!
Samantha Wilson of SWI3D 15 White – Samantha plays for Omaha North in her regular school season and has been working as her team’s number one setter this season. Her coach said he has counted on her to lead the way for his squad and she has come through beautifully.
Natalie Friday of SWI3D 15 Gray – Natalie plays for Lewis Central High School during her school season and her coach for her club team said she played phenomenally this weekend.
Allyson Leaders of SWI3D 15 Gray – Allyson plays for Underwood during her school season and also was listed as one who played exceptionally well this tournament.
Way to go ladies! Keep up the good work!
