– 2021 | 5’10 | HS: Armstrong | Club: Northern Lights 17-1
Frye was a 2019 NW Suburban first-team honoree from Armstrong and plays club among some of Minnesota’s best attackers with the NL 17-1 team. She remains uncommitted but not without talent. Her movement around the floor is quick and matches the tempo she likes to deliver when she can get her feet to the ball on balance. This team likes the set faster through the pins when in-system and Frye is continuing to develop her consistency there so they can capitalize on their high flying heavy arms across the net. She has good size to put up a respectable block and provides great competitive experience from her varsity role and in training among and competing against some of the best athletes and teams in the country.

– 2022 | 5’7 | HS: Cannon Falls | Club: SMV 16-Black
A Hiawatha Valley first-team honoree in 2019 from Cannon Falls, Winchell does a great job for this SMV 16-Black squad that is very competitive and fun to watch. She has great athleticism with good quickness as a multi-sport athlete. She is fluid around the floor with high hand position to contact. She has great tempo and location through multiple zones and provides a level of maturity on the floor that is not always achieved by athletes this early in their varsity career. She is a stock riser and one to keep an eye on.

– 2021 | 5’7 | HS: Stewartville | Club: SMV 18-Black
A class AA all-state honorable mention and Hiawatha Valley all-conference first-team selection, Brower set her Stewartville team to a state championship in 2019. She is competing for the SMV 18-Black team in a dual role as a setter and defensive specialist. This team has been competing well against some great competition as they have a nice arsenal of offensive weapons. She has great skills as a setter with good relationships with her attackers to put them in optimal position to score. At 5’7, she maximizes her speed and size to contribute in a variety of ways around the floor.

MN
– 2022 | 5’10 | HS: Kasson-Mantorville | Club: Northern Lights 16-1
Converse was a 2019 Hiawatha Valley first-team selection from Kasson-Mantorville, one of the state’s best programs. She continues to develop her confidence and leadership having been thrust into the varsity leading role in 2018 as a freshman. As a setter sharing the offensive direction in a 6-2 format for this nationally competitive NL 16-1 team, she shows great connection with her attackers through both pins. She has great balance upon delivery and locates the ball well with good tempo for this heavy corps of hitters to do their job. Her floor presence is calming and steadies her team as she plays with good patience and consistent effort.

Minneota | 2022
State
MN
– 2022 | 5’7 | HS: Minneota | Club: SWMNVB 16-1
A class A all-tournament selection at state, Yost guided her Minneota team to another state title in 2019. She is a great floor general and has displayed great ability to uphold the standard of leadership and offensive production that Minneota is known for year in and out. She is part of a SWMNVB 16-1 team that has a collection of some of the best athletes in the class of 2022 from the southwest region of the state. As this team is slated to being their club season in March, we are anxious to see Yost in action among this very talented squad.
