Fifth-year coach Shane Norby comments on the 2019 season, “It was a very successful season. We had a lot of returning talent and expected to be fairly successful. We fell a bit short of where we wanted to be, but with 32 wins it has to be considered a successful year. We have a lot of returning players again next season.
Graduating two important defensive specialists, the Bulldogs return many key players including Kaci Pierce, Isabelle Paitz, Natalie Siegel Natalie Siegel 5'5" | S Pleasanton | 2021 State NE , Katy Linder Katy Linder 5'11" | RS Pleasanton | 2021 State NE , Kinsey Linder, and Chelsea Fisher.
Coach Norby on the upcoming season, “We are hoping for another successful season. With a lot of returning players, our sights are set high. The group of seniors returning lends itself to a great year. I am looking forward to getting these girls in the gym and working on volleyball again. The returning players have a ton of experience that should help them be successful in highly stressful situations.
