In the 9 am first round matchup of #2 Norris and #7 Aurora at Pinnacle Bank Arena, the Titans prevailed with the sweep 25-21, 25-19 and 25-20. The Huskies did not go down without a fight as their floor defense was relentless all match. The Titans outhit the Huskies 45 kills to 26 kills respectively. Both sides of the floor had some long rallies with great ball control by both sides. This game was a rematch from the first game of the season when the Titans traveled to Aurora for a Triangular with Wahoo and the Huskies. The Titans won the match 25-18 and 25-16.

The Titans balanced attack kept the Huskies on their toes and despite the Titans kills seemed to get a hand on everything. Aurora was led by lefty 5’9" senior College of St. Mary’s commit Kassidy HudsonKassidyHudson5'8" | RSAurora | 2021StateNE with nine kills. Jaylee Schuster had six kills respectively in the loss. Schuster jumps well and is so powerful with her swing. She also had some great roll shots to throw off the Titans defense.
