Connelly Kilgore Connelly Kilgore 5'10" | OH Blue Valley | 2023 State KS – OH – Blue Valley/ PVA
Kilgore is a player we didn’t know much about before the club season cranked up. She did her part in ensuring she jumped on our radar with a strong spring for PVA . She has playmaking ability and seems to always look in control when taking swings. She has tremendous court vision and will only get better with experience.
Vix Vilott Vix Vilott 5'10" | OH Shawnee Mission Northwest | 2023 State KS – OH – Shawnee Mission Northwest/ PVA
Like Kilgore, Vilott earned her way into our ranking after a strong May schedule. She was lights out leading her team in kills in that run and hitting over .300. She should be fun to watch this fall for Shawnee Mission Northwest, as she looks to repeat a strong showing from 2020.
Avery Ahlers Avery Ahlers 5'11" | OH Blue Valley Northwest | 2023 State KS – OH – Blue Valley Northwest/Dynasty
We are sounding like a broken record, but Ahlers is another who showed up this spring and impressed us with her play. She displayed her ability to carry the scoring load when needed in a handful of matches we checked out. We look forward to seeing her in action more this fall for the Huskies of Northwest.
Julia Kinney Julia Kinney 5'11" | OH Blue Valley | 2023 State KS – OH/RS – Blue Valley/Mavs KC
Kinney was huge for Mavs in their championship chase in Las Vegas and don’t be surprised when she continues to move up the ranks. At 6’0″, you love her length and ability to play above the net. She mixes her shots up well finding gaps, blazing the lines, and using her roll shot. Another important factor college coaches will enjoy; she looks very comfortable swinging from both pins.
