We spent the last two weeks highlighting the players who stood out over the last few months and sharing with you our own Prep Dig All-State Teams, selected by division and graduation year.
This past week, the Washington Coaches Association released their All-State teams, a comprehensive list that selected players from every corner of the Evergreen State. We’re sharing the teams with you here this week and now it’s time we find out who was picked in division 3A.
Player of the Year
Madi Zorn – Setter/Right Sider – HS: Mead – Club: CPA Xtreme – 2022
A stellar setter since her very first year of high school volleyball, Madi Zorn has contributed to Mead’s State Championship victory in a variety of ways. The 5’9” setter was still excellent with her ball handling and distribution, tallying 776 assists (averaging 7.8 per set), but was a key player for the team in several other areas, ending the season with 64 kills, 66 aces and 247 digs.
