Macey Rocco – 2023 | S | NKYVC 17-2 Tide
Playing at one of the best high schools in Ohio, Rocco has good volleyball experience as she makes the transition to NKYVC in the role as the primary setter for a competitive U17 squad. The 5’10 setter brings a lot with her in the way of both volleyball I.Q. and the ability to distribute the full range of the court with good composure and floor leadership. She is certainly under the radar given the primary setting that MND had in place this past high school season but this club run ahead of her should provide a lot of visibility to college coaches.

– 2023 | OH | TVC 17-1
A first-team selection for the Northern Lakes League in 2021, Pahl was a key offensive piece for Perrysburg and their 24-2 overall record, including going 14-0 to win the league title. She averaged over three kills per set and was efficient with her opportunities hitting over .300 on the season. She has increased her range offensively, which includes effectiveness at both pins with increased arm speed that can generate big pace and power at the top of her jump.

– 2024 | L/DS | NKYVC 16-1 Tsunami
Frietch returns to this team as a key member of their ball control and defense that was a signature of their success a season ago. They finished among the top-ranked teams in the country, much of that due to the ability of their work in the back row to get their offense in system often with Frietch being an important part of that effort. She has some of the best fundamentals with good balance and patience to pursue with good first-step reaction. Her quickness allows her to play with good range as well.
Elle McLoughlin – 2022 | S | AVC 18 Red
McLoughlin has good tools as a setter and at 5’10 brings good size to the role as well. She is one of few remaining uncommitted seniors from this squad and is worth a look to evaluate her skill set in a high standard and very competitive situation, including a terrific corps of arms in their offense available to her. She shows good footwork to pursue the ball along with consistently high hand position from start to finish in her distribution. She can be offensive minded in the front row using her own arm to score in addition to her skills to set the full range of the floor through moderate and quicker tempos. She shows good touch and location against the flow when on the move as well.
Jerilynn Koehler – 2023 | MH | Elite VBTC 17-Black
Koehler was the offensive leader for New Lexington this recent high school season with a 3.2 kills per set average and hitting at a terrific efficiency of .341. She has good versatility to be able to swing on the pins to complement the work she can do from the middle. At 6’2, she has good physical tools in her quickness and mobility laterally and in the transition phase to make herself available on offense. She can defend at the net well also as she averaged 3.8 blocks per match this past fall.
