Of course, this isn’t the final product; this list is subjective and is prone to change between now and the next rankings update (approx. in July). For now, however, here are my top five stock-rising prospects from Indiana for the class of 2025.
Charlotte Vinson Charlotte Vinson 6'1" | OH Yorktown | 2025 State #21 Nation IN , 6-1 OH/S, Yorktown, Munciana
A do-everything kid I first saw play when she was on the Chipmunks in the spring of ’21, Charlotte can lead in kills as a primary-passing outside (which she did last fall) or run an offense on her own (which she did on 14-1s last spring). Both are at elite levels of play, and she can be so much to the right fit collegiately. I can safely say the following: there is not another player in the class of ’25 that does more for the teams she is on than what Charlotte does at both Yorktown and Munciana. Full stop.
Logan Bell Logan Bell 5'11" | OH Roncalli | 2025 State #24 Nation IN , 5-10 OH, Roncalli, Circle City
Being a six-rotation, primary-passing outside is not easy. Logan makes this entire game look easy, and she plays well above her maturity level and volleyball IQ. Another starter in a 4A volleyball school as a freshman, Miss Bell looks the part of primary-passing outside at the next level, and she’s still got three years to go before she gets to that level.
Addi Applegate Addi Applegate 5'5" | DS/L Yorktown | 2025 State #93 Nation IN , 5-6 DS/L, Yorktown, Munciana
Teammates with Miss Vinson above, Addi was the starting libero last fall after careful consideration of what came back from a state title run in 2020. She’s the purest passer, defends at a high level, and has been on nothing but winning programs for the entirety of her career thus far. Her natural movements and ability to lead with that first contact is nothing short of brilliant, and there aren’t too many ’bros in any class that I can say that about in this state.
Reese Dunkle Reese Dunkle 6'3" | MB Center Grove | 2025 State #31 Nation IN , 6-2 MB, Center Grove, Circle City
Another freshman starter for a 4A volleyball school last fall, Reese can take over a match with her size, speed, attack, defense, or a combination of all four at any time. Fleet of foot and understanding the game better every time I see her, Miss Dunkle has “natural athlete” written all over her, and is more than just a ’big’. The fact that her upper body is getting stronger and is already the best middle on my list should scare future opponents. A lot.
Raegan Durbin Raegan Durbin 5'10" | OH Western Boone | 2025 State #89 Nation IN , 5-10 OH, Western Boone, Boiler Juniors
Raegan is a full-go, no quit, primary passing outside that has every shot in the book and can receive serve at an elite level RIGHT NOW. Her motor is relentless, regardless of the score. She can do anything you ask, and is a constant positive teammate to everyone she plays with. Already showing her mettle in Prep Dig showcases, she’s branched out to turning heads in multiple qualifiers, and will definitely make some lucky college coach happy in three years.
