Jefferson has one of the best liberos in the state that hits outside, a move in libero that should make an immediate impact. The team has the makings of a special year for the Jefferson County high school and will be the favorite to win the Class 2 title.
16. Ava Roth Ava Roth 5'6" | DS/L Jefferson R-7 | 2023 State MO – 5’6” – Libero – Rockwood Thunder
Roth will be a libero at Arkansas and had an impressive club season. The Razorback commit had a great high school season last year with 306 kills and 445 digs playing as a six rotation outside. If Roth plays libero or outside for Jefferson, it doesn’t matter because she is a baller on the court and will help lead this tough team to the final four.
21. Kirstyn Loyd Kirstyn Loyd 5'11" | OH Jefferson | 2023 State MO – 5’11” – Outside – HPSTL
The power that she provides is overwhelming for her opponents. It doesn’t matter where they set her the ball. She hits on either pin, and the line shot on the outside is scary. Six rotations outside led the team in kills with 472, 2nd in blocks and 2nd in digs, and top 2 passers for the Blue Jays. Missouri Southern State University go them a good player for next year.
87. Grace Lowery Grace Lowery 5'8" | DS/L Jefferson | 2023 State MO – 5’8” – Libero – Rockwood Thunder
Jefferson got a ton better with the move in of Lowery. Grace has been the leading libero for Windsor high school since her first year and will add the final piece to a power Class 2 team. Look for her to lock down the defense and allow the big guns to swing away.
92. Paige Siebert Paige Siebert 5'6" | S Jefferson | 2023 State MO – 5’6” – Setter – Team Momentum
Siebert was nothing but spectacular last year running the high-powered offense for Jefferson. She racked up 1159 assists in her first year running the offense and will excel again this year. The quick setter that makes the correct set will have several options to feed this season.
98. Emma Breier Emma Breier 6'0" | OH Jefferson | 2023 State MO – 6’0” – Outside/Middle – Rockwood Thunder 17 Navy
Pitt State commit is another big, powerful hitter for Jefferson, and Breier can bounce the ball. She likes the quicker two balls in the middle and hammers them. Breier hits outside and middle, where she does most of the damage finishing 2nd in kills with 367, 1st in blocks with 46, and 4th in digs.
